Celebrating the Retirement of Cathy Higgins – Owner & Vice President of Sales & Marketing

It is with both gratitude and admiration that we announce the retirement of Cathy Higgins, our Vice President of Sales & Marketing effective the end of the year. After a truly extraordinary 40-year career, Cathy is stepping into a new chapter, leaving behind a legacy of leadership, innovation, and unparalleled contributions to Dynamic Color Solutions.

Cathy joined the company in 1984 when it was still DCS Color & Supply Co., Inc.—a small, family-run business in South Milwaukee. Back then, we focused on grinding iron ore into powder for foundries, with a modest side business selling pigments to local masons and block manufacturers. Fast forward to today, Dynamic Color Solutions has grown into the leading supplier of pigments for the architectural precast market and a prominent player in numerous other decorative concrete markets, Cathy was the driving force in that transformation.

Her impact is undeniable. Cathy’s has been a true leader, mentor, and inspiration to all who have had the privilege of working with her. She has also earned widespread respect in the industry and is   fellow of PCI.

While Cathy may be stepping away from the business, her influence will be felt for years to come. We are deeply grateful for her contributions and wish her all the best as she enjoys a well deserved retirement filled with family, friends, and new adventures.
