Milwaukee, WI | July 6, 2023 — We are delighted to announce the promotion of Jimmy Crawford to the position of President & CEO. This strategic decision marks an exciting new chapter for our company as it continues to pave the way for future growth and success.

 Jimmy joined DCS in April 2013. Since joining the company, Jimmy has held numerous positions throughout the company ranging from operations to accounting until finally settling into an outward facing role. Jimmy is actively involved in all the trade associations across the industries in which DCS operates. Jimmy handles project management and implementation across the business as well as in DCS’ color dispensing systems. With his deep industry knowledge and exceptional leadership skills, Jimmy is well-equipped to lead the company into the future.

 In recognition of his significant contributions, Jimmy's father, Jim Crawford, who previously held the role of President, will transition to the position of Chairman of the Board. Jim's invaluable experience and guidance will continue to support Dynamic Color Solutions' strategic direction and long-term vision.

 The rest of the Leadership Team at DCS, Cathy Higgins, Vice President of Sales and Marketing, Cindy Nowak, Vice President of Operations, and Tim Nowak, Plant Manager, along with Jim Crawford, will remain with the company in their current roles for the foreseeable future.
